With 15 years of experience in education, I currently hold the position of Assistant Principal at our beloved Elementary School, specializing in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process. My passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs began when I started my career as a Special Education Teacher. This passion led me to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), allowing me to further support students through evidence-based interventions and collaboration with educators and families.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and continued my education at Fitchburg State University, where I obtained my Master’s Degree in Special Education and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Behavior Analysis. My commitment to fostering supportive learning environments and collaboration with families as integral partners in the IEP process drives my work everyday.
